Antena 3 de Televisión is a Spanish national radio and television broadcasting station listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange: since 2003 De Agostini has had a strategically important share of the company, in partnership with the Spanish shareholder Planeta Corporation.

In 2008 Banco Sabadell, one of the most reputed banks in the Spanish financial world, became one of the Group’s shareholders.

Through its different lines of business, the Antena 3 Group operates in the most important media: television (through the channel Antena 3, 17% audience share in 2008), radio (through Onda Cero, with 2,091,000 listeners and Europa FM), films (through Antena 3 Films and Movierecord), digital terrestrial television (through the channels antena.Neox and antena.Nova), and the Internet (through antena3videos.com).

Antena 3 is also active in the organization of important events through Antena 3 Eventos.

In 2008 net revenues for the Antena 3 Group amounted to € 833 million.
