The Board of Directors of Assicurazioni Generali, in its meeting after the AGM, appointed the senior executives for the 2010-2012 three-years term: Cesare Geronzi as Chairman, Vincent Bollorè, Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone e Alberto Nicola Nagel as Vice- Chairmen, and Sergio Balbinot and Giovanni Perissinotto as Managing Directors. The new board is more "Italian" and all strong members of Generali (including De Agostini Group with a share of 2.43%) have taken commissions directly in the corporate governance.
