The User may provide his/her own personal data voluntarily, for example filling in modules or forms in order to use specific services or through voluntary submission of e-mail messages to the addresses indicated in this site.
The type of information collected using the forms permits the User to exploit web services available on the site and will not be used by De Agostini for other purposes. The De Agostini site uses only so-called session cookies, which are not saved persistently on the User’s computer and which are cleared on closing of the browser, and cookies intended to indicate the version of the site selected by the User (English or Italian) in order to permit correct navigation.
Use of cookies is therefore restricted to transmission of session identifiers, such as random numbers, which are necessary so that the User can navigate efficiently through the site and its pages.
